Harry Edward Styles - also called Harry Styles - is a British musician and composer. Harry Styles has been recognized for his compositions to The One Direction band. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on February 1 1994. He is the father of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, in which he started his own musical band with 3 classmates. The band was dubbed White Eskimo. They were the winners of the Battle of Bands in 2009, thanks to their outstanding performances. He always had an interest in the arts, however he also wished to pursue a career as a lawyer, physiotherapist or even a scout. He worked for a time part-time in a bakery in the city he lived in with the aim of helping people financially in the home. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the auditions of 2010 for The X Factor. For that reason his band were forced to split. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury member of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles join a band called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. The group's creation began in 2010. The five members were supported by Simon Cowell. The band of five was backed by Cowell, and they sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were among the most competitive groups in the contest. However, they finished third, behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles, his group and Cowell didn't win the competition. But Cowell provided Harry Styles a 2 million pounds contract with Syco.
